This 04th September 2009, the Right Honourable Prime Minister, Bernard MAKUZA received into his office the new UNICEF Regional Director for Eastern and Southern Africa Region (ESAR), Elhdj Amadou Gueye Sy who replaces Per Engeback who retired from service in early 2009.
On 3rd September 2009, Right Honourable Prime Minister, Bernard MAKUZA welcomes H.E Juan Carlos Cue Vega, Ambassador of Mexico to Rwanda with residence in Nairobi. H.E Juan Carlos Cue Vega met the Prime Minister Bernard MAKUZA at the end of his ambassadorial office before going back to his country.
On 17th August 2009, Right Honourable Prime Minister, Bernard MAKUZA received in His Office a German Delegation from KFW Entwicklungsbank which represents the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
