Cabinet Meeting ordinary convene once every fortnight on a Wednesday. However Cabinet may convene on any other day of the week for an extraordinary session when need arises.
According to the Constitution of Rwanda, the Cabinet deliberates upon:

• Bills and draft decree-laws;
• Drafts of orders of the President, the Prime Minister and Ministers;
• Any other matters in respect of which the Consitution and other laws vest responsibility in the Cabinet..
