THE
OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA
The
Official Gazette is a publication of legal texts, Presidential
Orders, Prime Minister's Orders, Ministerial Orders and
official rules and regulations. It also publishes statutes
of commercial companies, cooperatives, non-profit making
organisations and others to allow them to operate legally.
The Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda is a bi-monthly
coming out on 1st and 15th of each month. However, there
may be special issues concerning urgent laws or other legal
texts to be published.

Presidential Order N° 19/01 of 01/10/2001 to review Presidential
Order N°02/01 of 02/02/1996 concerning subscription and
advertising rates for the Official Gazette of the Republic
of Rwanda, those rates are modified as follows:

Dues
for subscription, separate copies or advertisement are to
be credited on Account n° 120.00.46 of the Rwanda
Revenue Authority in the National Bank of Rwanda in Kigali
with mention of the item purchased. Subscription is for
the whole year and takes effect on first January of the
year subscribed for.
