Premier closed Civic training for Cell Executive Secretaries

This 19 June 2012 Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Dr. Pierre Damien HABUMUREMYI officially closed civic training for Cell Executive Secretaries from Northern Province and Kigali City, the training was held in Nkumba Sector of Burera District in Northern Province.

Prime Minister called them to be role model, be organized, respect citizens and commit themselves to citizen’s concerns.

He said that the Government of Rwanda values the contribution of Cell Executive Secretaries to the development of the country.

The Cell Executive Secretaries presented their performances contracts to the Prime Minister and most of them were based on the Government programmes.

Dr. MUKABARAMBA Alivera, Minister of state in the Ministry of Local Governement urged the trainees to respect and implement what they have promised in their performance contracts.

The civic training that was closed was composed of 551 Cell Executive Secretaries 387 males and 164 females.

This closed civic training was the last, after three training of the Southern, Western and Eastern Provinces respectively.
