PM NSENGIYUMVA OFFICIATED THE CLOSING OF THE 16TH ITORERO INDANGAMIRWA
Gatsibo, August 10, 2026 ---Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva officiated the closing ceremony of the 16th Itorero Indangamirwa at the Gabiro Combat Training Center in Gatsibo District.
This year’s Itorero Indangamirwa, brought together over 750 young people from across the country and the diaspora.
In his closing address, Prime Minister Dr. Nsengiyumva emphasized: “You have grown up in a Rwanda that has rebuilt itself and offers you greater opportunities and a promising future. Your responsibility now is to safeguard what has been achieved, build upon it, and take our country even further, so that you leave an even stronger legacy to future generations.”
