PRIME MINISTER NSENGIYUMVA ATTENDED THE 11 OACPS SUMMIT
Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva, represented President Kagame, at the 11th Summit of Heads of State and Government of The Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea from 28-29 March 2026.
During the Inaugural Ceremony of this Summit, Prime Minister noted: “As the global context evolves, our approach to financing must also adapt. Rwanda believes the OACPS can further strengthen its role, not only as a forum for cooperation, but also as a platform that facilitates investment and drives economic transformation.”
On Sunday 29th March 2026, Prime Minister participated in a Presidential dialogue alongside President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema of Gabon, focused on leveraging economic opportunities to advance sustainable development.
