Prime Minister Nsengiyumva officiated the opening of the High-Level Segment of the MOP38
Kigali---On behalf of President Paul Kagame, Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva officiated the opening of the High-Level Segment of the 38th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP38). This ceremony took place at Kigali Convention Center.
In his keynote address, Prime Minister highlighted: “Ten years ago, in this very city, the world came together to adopt the Kigali Amendment, committing to phase down hydrofluorocarbons. It was a landmark achievement, showing that the international community could respond collectively to an emerging global challenge”.
