Prime Minister received the oath of Judges in the Military High Court
Kigali, February 27, 2019:
The Right Honorable Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of Lt. Col. Bernard Rugamba Hategekimana, the Vice President of the Military High Court and Lt. Col. Innocent Nkubana, the Judge in the same court. The two were appointed by the Cabinet Meeting of January 28th, 2019.
After receiving their oaths, the Prime Minister wished them to be efficient in their duties and insisted that he surely believes that they will effectively fulfill their responsibilities because prior to their appointment they both serving military judges.
The Prime Minister also gave them various pieces of advice that shall help them in executing their new duties. He encouraged them to be honest and work professionally.
He reminded the sworn-in judges that they should keep on delivering good services as it is the brand for the Rwanda Defense Force members wherever they are. The Premier also urged them to closely work with their professional peers as well as other Goverment entities and all who will seek for service from them.
The Premier concluded his remarks by promising the sworn-in judges the permanent support of the Rwandan Government for a better fulfillment of their responsibilities. He also commended the Rwanda Defense Force authorities for their good service to the Nation.
