Uyu munsi, Nyakubahwa Ministiri w’Intebe, Dr. Ngirente Edouard yifatanyije n’abakozi ba primature ndetse n’ibigo biyishamikiyeho aribyo RURA na GMO, mu muhango wo kwibuka Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi ku nshuro ya 25 muri primature n’ibigo biyishamikiyeho.

Uyu muhango waranzwe n’indirimbo zo kwibuka, gucana urumuri rw’icyizere, ubuhamya bw’uwarotse Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi n’ikiganiro ku mateka mabi yaranze Jenoside cyatanzwe na Jenerali James Kabare.

Mu ijambo rye, Minisitiri w’Intebe yihanganishije abarokotse Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi ndetse anavuga ko buri mwaka Primature n’Ibigo biyishamikiyeho, bazahora bifatanya n’abandi Banyarwanda mu bikorwa byo kwibuka Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi.

Minisitiri w’Intebe yashimiye by’umwihariko Bwana Kabera Jean Paul watanze ubuhamya bw’ibihe bibi yanyuzemo ari umwana muri Jenoside. Yashimiye kandi Jenerali James Kabarebe watanze ikiganiro ku rugendo Igihugu cyanyuzemo, avuga ko buri wese akwiye gukuramo impamba ikomeye.

Minisitiri w’Intebe yanagarutse ku butumwa Nyakubahwa Paul Kagame, Perezida wa Repubulika y’u Rwanda, yatanze ubwo yatangizaga icyumweru cyo kwibuka ku nshuro ya 25 Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi aho yashimangiye ko Igihugu cyacu kidashobora kwihanganira kubaho mu mateka yisubiramo.

Minisitiri w’Intebe yibukije abitabiriye uyu muhango ko Urumuri rw’icyizere rukwiriye kutubera ikimenyetso cyo gutana burundu n’umwijima waranze amateka mabi yacu. Yanashimangiye ko urwo rumuri rugomba kudufasha gukomeza gusenyera umugozi umwe no kurushaho gukora neza. By’umwihariko, yibukije urubyiruko ari narwo mizero y’ejo heza h’u Rwanda, kurushaho guharanira gukora neza, rukora ibyiza.
