PM Ngirente closed the 14th Itorero Indangamirwa 2024
Burera, August 22, 2024 – Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente concluded the 14th Itorero Indangamirwa at the Nkumba National Ubutore Development Center in Burera District.
In his speech, he urged the youth to be disciplined and diligent in all their endeavors. He emphasized the importance of maintaining good health by avoiding alcohol and drugs, and encouraged them to seek employment to develop themselves and their communities.
The youth, who completed their civic training in this 14th edition, pledged to actively contribute to Rwanda’s development and to combat harmful societal habits.
A total of 494 participants, including youth from the diaspora, secondary school graduates, youth leaders, and top performers from the recent Urugerero, underwent one and a half months of civic and basic military training, promoting patriotism, unity, integrity, and diligence.
