PM Ngirente presents implementation of the 14th NLR resolutions

Gabiro, 26th February 2018 - Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente presented the implementation status of the 26 resolutions taken during the last 14th National Leadership Retreat. Prime Minister said that 62 actions were taken from 26 resolutions of the 14th NLR and among them 51 actions that make 82% were implemented well at an average of 75 to 100%. “9 resolutions that make 15% were also implemented at an average of 50% to 74% while 2 actions that make 3% were impelented at a poor average (below 50%).” Prime Minister Ngirente added. During his presentatition, Prime Minister also illustrated that the Government of Rwanda has been steadly delivering on the vision 2020 and EDPRS II targets. The National Leadership Retreat commonly known as Umwiherero refers to a tradition in Rwandan culture whereby leaders would convene to reflect on issues afecting their communities and identify solutions and commit to achieve them.
