Prime Minister attended the inauguration ceremony of President Alassane Ouattara
Abidjan, 8 December 2025
Prime Minister Justin Nsengiyumva represented His Excellency President Kagame at the inauguration ceremony of President Alassane Ouattara, following his re‑election on 25 October 2025.
This ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Abidjan, and was attended by various African Heads of State and Government.
Prime Minister also met with President Alassane Ouattara, and delivered to him a special message from President Kagame.
