Prime Minister hosted a welcome Dinner for the participants of the 2025 Mobile World Congress
Kigali, October 20, 2025--- Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva hosted a dinner in honor of the participants of the 2025 Mobile World Congress, held at Kigali Serena Hotel.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister emphasized the significance of the Congress as a key platform to accelerate Africa’s digital transformation through innovation, investment, and collaboration.
He commended the partnership with GSMA and expressed gratitude to its leadership for their commitment to driving forward conversations around the evolution of the mobile industry across the continent.
The Prime Minister also highlighted that this year’s Congress will focus on expanding affordable and inclusive connectivity for all Africans.
He encouraged participants to bring forward groundbreaking ideas, forge bold partnerships, and make real commitments that will move Africa from being merely connected to becoming truly digitally empowered.
