Prime Minister Ngirente participated in the 8th Edition of the World Government Summit
Dubai March 30, 2021 –Today, Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente, participated in the 8th Edition of the World Government Summit.
He delivered closing remarks at the session on the Sustainable Development Goals in action.
In his remarks, he highlighted the importance of this session on SDGs in action, as appropriate moment for global leaders both in public and business community to reflect and devise strategies to reinforce commitments and maintain the momentum for the decade of action (2021–2030).
The Premier also shared with participants some of the key aspects of Rwanda’s economic recovery efforts from Covid-19 negative effects.
Prime Minister noted that lessons learnt from COVID-19 pandemic should be a foundation for all of us as we pursue strategies towards scaling new heights for the future of humanity.
