Prime Minister Nsengiyumva officiated the 3rd Inclusive FinTech Forum
Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva officiated the opening of the 3rd Edition of the Inclusive FinTech Forum, taking place in Kigali Convention Centre from 10–12 March 2026.
In his keynote address, Prime Minister noted that Africa has real potential to become a cradle of global business and innovation. He emphasized that “the foundation of this transformation will be robust and inclusive financial systems capable of mobilising capital towards the continent’s most pressing priorities, including energy, digital infrastructure, manufacturing and human capital development.”
