Prime Minister toured Burera and Ngororero District
Burera and Ngororero--- Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente, on 28th February and 1st March 2025, carried out a two-day working visit in Burera and Ngororero Districts. The main purpose of the tour was to officially launch the Agricultural Season 2025B.
While conveying the message from His Excellency President Kagame to the people of Burera and Ngororero, Prime Minister urged them to safeguard the security in their communities as the foundation for sustainable development.
He also encouraged them to work hard and actively participate in all Government programs and initiatives.
As part of his tour in Burera District, the Premier visited Cyanika Technical Secondary School (TSS). This school offers training in wood technology and electricity trades.
He also toured Noguchi Holdings Ltd, a textile factory in Burera District employing more than 400 youth. The factory produces for both local and export markets.
On his second day, after launching the Agricultural Season 2025B in Kabaya Sector, Ngororero District, Prime Minister visited Rukaragata mine in Ngororero District. This mine owned by Power M is specialized in extraction of coltan and cassiterite.
