Rugigana Evariste takes over as new Director of Cabinet

Today 9th April 2018, Prime Minister Dr. Edouard Ngirente officiated the swearing in ceremony between the outgoing Director of Cabinet of the Office of the Prime Minister, Mrs Odette Uwamariya and the incoming Director of Cabinet, Rugigana Evariste.
The ceremony also saw Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in Primature, Mrs Alphonsine Mirembe handing over to the new Permanent Secretary, Ms Doreen Kagarama. 
Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister thanked the outgoing Dircab and PS for their active role in helping Primature achieve its assignments. He also welcomed the new comers and promised them full support and collaboration.
Before their appointment, Rugigana Evariste and Ms Doreen Kagaramawas were serving as the economic advisor to the Prime Minister and  the deputy Head of the Strategic and Policy Unit in the Office of the President of Rwanda, respectively.
